General Information

Dantrust Limited is wholly owned by Dancia Penn & Co and offers a wide range of corporate services including the incorporation, maintenance and administration of both local and International Business Companies (IBCs).  The Company operates from offices integral to the Law Firm and therefore has the benefit of being able to provide prompt legal advice whenever required. 

The Company was incorporated in 1990 to take over the corporate services previously provided by the Law Firm as this was a legal requirement of The Company Management Act, 1990.
